Yoga for Healthy Mothers 

The intention of this class is to give you a strong feeling of grounded wellbeing, aliveness and joy. Be ready for some deep strengthening, delicious stretching, breath practices for calming an anxious mind, stress relieving tips and tricks and a lovely sound bath meditation. All mothers, pregnancy through menopause and beyond are welcome. All levels class from beginner to seasoned yogi.

We will gather together to nourish your pregnancy, stay connected to your strength, relieve stress and thrive during this incredibly special time in your life. We will safely move, stretch and strengthen your body as well as learn about optimal fetal positioning, birthing positions and much more. Creating community and meeting other pregnant mothers is a priority in this class, come and meet some new friends!

Mama & Baby
Postpartum Yoga

Bring your sweet babe and let's get you, Mama, out on your yoga mat for some self-care. You certainly deserve it! Classes are designed for postpartum Mothers but we sprinkle in fun songs, massage and movement for the babes. You will learn about your beautiful Mother body and Motherhood as we weave in safe and effective ways to help those who gave birth (vaginal or belly birth) to recover and restore after pregnancy, labor and birth. This class will focus on pelvic floor health, reconnecting to the deep core, anxiety and stress relief and much more. Perhaps one of the best parts of this class is getting to know other Mothers who are right there with you in the ups and downs of Motherhood with a new little one. This class is for pre-crawlers*. Newborn babies are welcome, the most important thing is to be sure you are ready for yoga. *If your babe is mobile but likes to stay close to Mama, connect with me to see if it will be a good class for you both.
